HRS - 2017-21 Honda Civic 10th Gen Hatchback FK7 FK8 LED Tail Lights - V2

I had emailed them about the V2 taillights for my civic Hatchback that came in defective on the day when they arrived. I was so happy about them that I decided to install right away. To my surprise there was a wire not soldered on right and it was to the turn signal. I emailed support the same day and gave them 3 days to answer back and nothing. Emailed them twice again on the same day and still nothing. Bad customer service won't be shopping here again! >:(

I put my taillights together and come to find out my left trunk taillight and left reverse don’t work I’ve done everything for it but doesn’t turn on everything else works fine

Fitment is decent, but moisture is already leaking into the tail light.

This product is amazing. But unfortunately I received a defected tail light where the reverse light doesn't work. I've tested the light on both the driver and passenger side and does not turn on on either one. But the passenger side light works fine. Tested on both sides as well and worked both times. I've submitted a video showing that the light doesn't work but yet a replacement is not being sent because I was told to try more troubleshooting on the light. Was told that each light is tested before being shipped so there's absolutely no way that the light is defected. So I'm disappointed in the lack of support and getting my light replaced when it is clearly defected.

Install was pretty easy, but since HRS used a small piece if wire loom in their install video on YouTube, they really should include a 6” piece in the box

Looks awesome. Quick shipping. Only issue was some of the connections needed to be resoddered as they were a bit weak causing a weak connection. All is good and they look great.

Lights were good. Toon a little time to figure out what plug is for what. Then had to troubleshoot why 1 reverse light didnt work. And why brake lights would cut out. But i got then working.

Install went fairly easy with just one issue. One of the screws for the hatch portion unscrewed. Now it sits just slightly out from the stock light. Hopefully it won't cause any water leak issues.

Excellent taillights, only complaint is the figment in some areas is very misaligned with the connector sockets.
